Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using the services provided by Akhilesh Varute (NexgenIQ), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

NexgenIQ provides web development, software development, AI-powered solutions, and cloud consulting services including but not limited to:

• • Custom website development
• • Web application development
• • AI and machine learning solutions
• • Cloud infrastructure consulting
• • DevOps automation
• • Technical consulting and support

Payment terms will be clearly defined in individual project contracts. Generally:

• • A deposit may be required before work begins
• • Payments are due according to agreed milestones
• • Late payments may incur additional charges
• • All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise

Upon full payment, clients will own the deliverables created specifically for their project. However:

• • I retain rights to general methodologies and techniques
• • Third-party components remain under their respective licenses
• • I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio
• • Source code and documentation transfer upon final payment

In no event shall NexgenIQ or Akhilesh Varute be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. However, I commit to:

• • Deliver work that meets agreed specifications
• • Provide reasonable support during development
• • Fix bugs in delivered code for a specified period
• • Maintain confidentiality of client information

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• • Payment is due for work completed to date
• • Client receives all deliverables for paid work
• • Confidentiality obligations continue
• • Both parties are released from future obligations

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
